I’m Emma, a small person who likes to write, educate and inspire people to be the SUPERHERO of their own life. Why? Because for too long anxiety caused me to become the victim in my own life and I realised that only I could do something about it.
It’s feeling the fear and doing it anyway
It’s becoming aware of yourself after years of disconnect
It’s refusing to be a product of your environment or to follow the crowd
It’s raising your standards and meeting them always
It’s facing life’s challenges with grace and dignity
It’s being unapologetically you
It’s not being an arsehole
It’s falling flat on your face just like us humans do and getting up over and over again
Each SUPERHERO has their own purpose; mine is to continually raise mental health awareness , to show that you are more than your anxiety, your depression or any other disease that has attempted to take hold of you and to educate as many people as I possibly can with simple yet effective lifestyle fundamentals to help reduce stress and improve mental wellbeing.
